Drink Of The Week - Papi Chulo

Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake, strain and pour into a Martini or rocks glass. Garnish w/ lime.

Drink Of The Week - The Pineapple Drink

This drink was accidentally discovered by 5 drunken college students who had nothing better to do. Now doesn't that sound just a bit stereotypical. Well cheers to the college kids. This drink is a great party drink.

The Pineapple Drink

Ingredients:
1 1/2 shot Light rum Rum can also be replaced by vodka if desired.
7 chunks Pineapple
2 oz Pineapple juice
4 oz Sweet and sour
2 oz Sprite

Mixing instructions:

Pour rum over pineapple chunk in a tall glass. Add pineapple juice and sweet and sour. Top with Sprite. Stir, serve, and enjoy.

Drink Of The Week - Stacy's Long Island Iced Tea

Well ladies sorry It is back to the hottie bartender babes. Hey I think most guys would agree that Stacy here is pretty hot. I know she could mix my drinks any time. I was in her neck-of-the-woods the last week in between flights and decided to stop into Coyote Ugly in Ft. Lauderdale and she if she is working. To my disappointment she was not. I did have a great time there though. I guess I'll have to try again next month. Again, enjoy the drink. Those are my thoughts.

Okay guys so she isn't as cute as some of the others but hey this drink is great. She also works at coyote ugly I'm sure she is a lot of fun. I'll have two drinks and a bartender :). I like to do some creative mixing at home and so I decided to start a weekly feature showing how to mix some of my favorite drinks. In this video the cute bartender will instruct you on mixing up a Tequila Stone Sour. I have to admit I don't drink this one much, although I do drink amaretto stone sour.
