Buzzfuse Can Help You Drive Traffic To Your Blog

Buzzfuse offers bloggers and all other content creators highly powerful and cost effective marketing tools. How many times have you known that you produced a gem of an article, but just couldn't drive traffic to it? Well BuzzFuse has built a system that helps you get feedback, and uses a proprietary algorithm and ranking system to identify which content people are responding too. They then use this to match content to people based on a system that uses tags, social networks, and our ranking system.

You can also win some money while you are marketing your blog posts or other content like photographs. The basic BuzzFuse service doesn't cost a dime, but they do have a premium service that costs $14.99 and gives access to enhanced features, priority support, and of course the opportunity to make some money. Buzzfuse shares revenues with the top performing content in the system (based on the interactivity around your content). The amount of revenue shared grows each month. Buzzfuse shares revenues with premium account holders only. The February pool is at $3500! The amount will be split amongst the top 100 buzzing items. Plus there are bonuses of $500 to best blog post, $500 to best song, and $500 to best photo.

I think you might want to head over and check out the free service to see if it benefits you. I know it can bring in some traffic as I registered earlier today and have already seen traffic coming in. Also, if you are looking to make some money and market your site at the same time, you could always upgrade later.

$1500 January Goal @ PPB

Back on the 15th over on my other blog Profitable Productive Blogging, I announced My Push For A $1500 January. In my PPB 2007 Year End post I mentioned that I had met and exceeded the earnings goals for Profitable Productive Blogging. My old goal was to earn $1000 from my PPB blog alone and $1500 total from all of my blogs including this one. My biggest earnings for my PPB blog are affiliate sales, paid posting, contextual advertising, and ad space sales, basically in that order. This and my other blogs vary between affiliate sales and paid posting. I was very happy that I met and surpassed those goals, and now it is time for some new ones. My goal for my PPB blog is to earn $1500 in January. I think this is a very realistic and attainable number.

Here is where the earnings stand for the month through the end of the day Wednesday, January 23.

Affiliate Sales: $647.26
Paid Posting: $303.07
Contextual Ads: $48.81

Misc: $6.13

Total MTD: $1015.27

Pay Per Play Ads

NetAudioAds Pay Per Play advertising is an Audio-only advertising channel backed by one of the BIG 5 search engines. Advertisers will buy ad plays on websites for 100% of visitors. Website owners and bloggers will be paid on a CPM basis and the effective CPM that they receive will be determined by our automated bid management system. This bidding system will always work to ensure that publishers are getting the highest effective CPM possible. The System is a way for advertisers (Like Harley Davidson or Taco Bell) to serve a 5 second audio advertisement to website visitors. It is a way for advertisers to target their 5 second audio ad to specific interests, demographics and geographic locations.

They are also offering a great affiliate program. It is a great opportunity to earn a substantial income by referring other webmasters and bloggers. It is only for a limited time though. After February 1, 2008, the program converts to a "Host Only" model, meaning you will only make revenue from the ads placed on your own site. The affiliate programs pays weekly and pays on 3 tiers. This is a great opportunity you should not pass up. If you really want to maximize your earnings with NetAudioAds you really need to head over and sign up now before the affiliate program is gone.

Using Viral Marketing To Drive Traffic To Your Site

This is one virtue a site must possess to lead the race in the ruthless competition in the Internet marketing World. With so many competition and rivalry going on, every method of marketing must be employed and utilized.

It doesn’t matter if you have a killer product or a fantastically designed website, if people don’t know that you exist, it doesn’t matter, and you are not going to make it big. Worse of all, you business could just get killed.

While there are so many methods and schemes used by so many web site owners today, there are still some of those that can help you with an extra boost in the popularity ratings. One of these is the so called Viral Marketing.

While the term Viral easily depicts a virus, a word very much dreaded by all computer owners, it is not what it seems. You do not actually use a computer virus to spread your business; on the contrary it just might kill you. Everyone has had enough of all those pop up ads and spywares.

Viral Marketing Overview

Viral Marketing also known otherwise as Viral Advertising is a marketing technique used to build the public awareness of one’s product or company. They use many forms of media to reach out to the public without actually promoting the product by riding on in other forms of addictive means that could get a person hooked and be obliged or amused to actually pass it on, with the product or company advertisement along with it.

In a nutshell, companies ride on the idea that if people like the content of a media they will pass it on to their friends and family. They sponsor the certain media, such as a cool flash game, funny video, amusing story and such, which one may pass on to another with the company brand or logo or the products description or any other content to help promote the company or its product.

Viral marketing has become a popular means of advertising and marketing because they are relatively low cost. To avoid being tagged as spam mail, viral marketing counts on the eagerness of one person to pass on the product. If a person sees the name of the person they know as the sender, they won’t block it and open it as well.

Many companies offer incentives such as discounts and rebates when they help in spreading their viral marketing. They rely on the number of recipients a viral marketing gets from one person in determining the amount or number of incentive they can be attributed with.

Using Viral Marketing to your advantage

The main and foremost advantage of viral marketing is that you get a lot of publicity and public awareness about your site and your company. You get to generate a flow of traffic that are potential customers. With a little ingenuity and imagination, plus some incentives or prizes, you can reach out to a great number of people and announce your existence.

Most web sites and companies are catching on to the effective use of Viral Marketing and Advertising. Not using it could kill your business. Along with other schemes and methods in promoting your site, like Search Engine Optimization and such, viral marketing could easily push you ahead in the rating games.

Viral Marketing could be a sneaky way to get people to know about you and your company. You get them to pass your advertisement along. They are also very low cost that not investing in it could be downright a business suicide. All it takes is a great idea, a good addicting game, a funny story many ideas are still out there. Create a gossip or a buzz, many movies are promoted by using scandals and gossips to make them more popular.

Many big companies have tried viral marketing and have had many success stories with it. A classic example is Microsoft’s Hotmail. They were the first known big company to utilize the scheme and it has worked wonders for them.

Now it’s your turn to use viral marketing to work wonders for you. Act now and reap the benefits Viral Marketing will provide for you and your sales figures.

AGLOCO Finally Admits It Is Dead

Well it looks like AGLOCO has finally thrown in the towel. I received this status update email just a few minutes ago from the AGLOCO Development Team. I have been waiting for this email for quite some time as the site growth and traffic have been dropping drastically for a long time. I personally never used their adbar except for twice right after launch when it didn't work.

Dear johnathan,

We would like to update you on the status of AGLOCO's operations. We continue to believe in the AGLOCO concept, but our revenue is currently not sufficient to give Members a meaningful distribution. And though there are increases in membership, the resulting revenue is not enough to support operating costs. As a development team we are unable to continue to use our savings to fund the operations. If any Member would like to pursue continuing the operations of AGLOCO, you may contact us at agloco1@live.com .

We would like to thank every Member for supporting our effort to bring a piece of the Internet directly to the user. We hope that we can find a way to keep the operations going.

AGLOCO Development Team

Increase Blog Traffic Via Article Writing

Yes, you have heard this a thousand times before, if you want to increase traffic to your site you have to write articles and submit them to article sites. Maybe you never thought about writing articles to increase your blog traffic.

Most often people will write articles to bring in traffic to their affiliate program or some other site where they can make money when someone visits. Again this is a great tactic to increase traffic, but is it more effective to use article writing to promote your blog?

When someone is promoting an affiliate program through article writing you will quite often find that the article is just a review of the product or a "re-hashed" version of the salespage. People do not want this.

They want content.

Every time you create a post within your blog, you are essentially writing an article. This is where you have a great opportunity. Why not expand on your blog post, turn it into an article, and then submit it to an article site.

The most important factor when you write an article is the bio box, this is where you can leave a snippet of information about yourself plus include a link to your blog.

So how will this increase my blog traffic?

This method will increase your blog traffic in a few ways. First off your article has a better chance of ending up with a high rank in search engines due to the high page rank of article sites. More than likely your blog doesn't have enough "authority" to get your posts ranked highly in the search engines. The second way is through distribution. Article sites allow other people to take your article and post it on their website as long as the bio box is kept intact. People looking to add content to their websites will take your article, add it to their site and give you more exposure to your blog.

Next time when you decide to write a post on your blog, why not expand the post into an article and submit it to an article site. This is a sure fire way to increase your blog traffic.

If you are not Hybrid Blog Marketing, then you are doing it all wrong

Most blogs fail to make money for one simple reason. Knock some sense into your blog http://www.blog-sense.com/

Chris Whiteley is a professional internet marketer that has uncovered a sure fire strategy that will allow anyone to monetize their blog with Hybrid Blog Marketing.

"Smorty"-sboard

Here is some information for those of you looking to blog for money and make a bit of extra cash online. And hey if after all the Google pagerank issues of the past month you are still doing paid links and paid posting then let me point you to another good paid posting site. The site is Smorty. What Smorty stands for or means I have no idea. What Smorty is is a PayPerPost type of a site with a few added benefits. So if you are looking for another revenue stream in your making money online ventures you might want to check out Smorty.

My first impression of the program is a positive on. I like the interface and control panel and the opps seem to be pretty decent. The user control panel and account management front end are not quite as robust as that of PayPerPost. That being said, the opportunities available pay very well and there are a decent amount of them. There aren't as many as you might get from the big boy but enough to be a nice supplement to other paid posting sources.

One big advantage I see with Smorty over PayPerPost is that they pay weekly. With PPP you have to wait about 30 days for payment for a post after submission and approval. With Smorty all posts approved, usually within 5 days of submission, within the week are paid that week. This is a great way to supplement income to your blog and get paid weekly.

Another plus is that the posting requirements aren't quite as restrictive as PPP. There isn't a tracking image which is nice. Overall I really like Smorty and really think it would make a great addition to your online get paid for blogging ventures. So stop on by and check it out. You just might be glad you did.

Bloggerwave - New Paid-To-Post Program - My Review

BloggerWave is a new paid posting program that I have recently joined. The concept is the same as other programs many of you are probably familiar with. Jobs are offered and then accepted by bloggers who then post about whatever it is the job requires. Usually it is a product, service, or website, that is looking for a review, or simply "buzz." The jobs offered will have a set amount that will be paid to the poster opon completion and approval of the post.

Bloggerwave has a very compact and efficient interface that, for me, loads quite a bit faster than others. The interface is tab based and is very easy to navigate. There are tabs for jobs, blogs, postings, profile and logout. This nice compact interface makes the system easy to use.

The Bloggerwave program has one feature that I see as a plus over the other paid-to-post programs, especially for newer bloggers. They allow you to add up to 5 blogs without first having to "qualify" each one with a certain number of posts. Your added blogs are given a star rating that is used to qualify each blog for job offerings.

One thing that I see as a drawback is the lack of a referral system of any kind. So yes while this initial review is sponsored by bloggerwave I am in no way trying to get you to signup, although I do feel it is a great program, for my own personal gain. Another issue for some may be that the company is based in Denmark. For me this isn't an issue as this is the world wide web we are on. I just thought some of you might be interested in this program as a way to increase your blog earnings. Head over to the site and give it a look I'm sure you will be happy with the program.
