Ask yourself this question. Is coming in first worth the sacrifice? The Bible asks it this way. "What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul? Is getting ahead at work, in life, or whatever else worth losing your wife or husband? Your kids? Your soul? Is stroking your own ego worth the pain and heartache of a divorce? Is "keeping up with the Jones' really worth it? The questions could go on and on so I won't belabor the point. I will simply ask you one more time, and take a minute to really think on this, Is what you give up worth what you gain by finishing first?
